报到前准备
Preparation for Reporting
家长和孩子一起整理精简返校物品，做到一箱（行李箱），一包（书包），一袋（被褥收纳袋）。请家长为孩子购买行李标签，并注明：班级+学生姓名+家长联系电话，挂在行李提手上，方便识别。如下图：
Parents and children organize back-to-school items together, so that the students only need to carry one suitcase, one backpack and one bedding bag.
Parents are requested to purchase luggage tags for their children, which should include information about his/her class, the name and the contact number, hanging on the luggage handle for easy identification. As shown below:
Day Students: Students should arrive at a time between 10:40 and 11:30 on September 1st. Students can first go to the dormitory to settle the luggage and other items with the help of the parents and then go to the classroom to get textbooks before leaving with their parents together.(Day students are supposed to arrive at school before 8:00am on September 2nd)
Boarding Students: Students should arrive at school at a time between 15:30 and 16:30. Parents take their children to the dormitory first to help settle their luggage and other items, and then send the students to the classroom for study before leaving.
开学当天，须把以下“学生资料”项的纸质档交给班级导师，建议归集放在一个透明文件袋里，标注班级、姓名。
（一）学生资料
1.三甲医院开具的《中小学入学健康体检表》原件1份（体检项目详见附件1）。
2.预防接种证明：下载粤苗APP→孩子信息认证→儿童接种→入学查验→查验报告→下载报告PDF→打印（见附件2)。
3.学生近期免冠彩色1寸白底相片6张（相片背面写上名字）。电子版开学班导师统一收集。
【特别提示】
1.全体学生入学后需穿校服，仪容仪表须符合中小学生要求，男同学平头短发，女同学短发/束发、刘海不遮眉，男女同学均不得染发；不留长指甲；不戴耳环、手链、项链等饰品；
2.不能携带手机、平板、电话手表等电子产品、危险物品（如打火机、刀具、易燃易爆物品）进校；
3.学生入校前班级导师会主动与您电话沟通，明确入校的具体事宜，请家长注意接听电话。
