2024年11月15日至16日，NESSIC首届领导力大会在海口哈罗学校成功举办，来自全国29家国际化学校的教育领导者者齐聚一堂，以“点亮创意，共铸未来”为主题，通过多元交流，共同探讨AI时代浪潮下如何为教与学充分赋能。

NESSIC，即Network for Enriching Students and Schools in China（中国学生与学校发展网络）于今年正式成立，以“联系、丰富、发展”为核心，旨在为联盟学校的师生创造不断实现提升与超越的交流机会。创始联盟校成员包括海口哈罗学校，深圳爱文学校，长沙康礼克雷格学校，北京启明星学校，上海浦东新区民办惠立学校，上海青浦区协和双语学校，深圳国际交流学校，大连华美学校。

在人工智能（AI）技术不断革新教育领域的今天，学校领导者面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。为了帮助教育界的决策者们更好地理解并利用这一变革，NESSIC将首届领导力大会落地海南自贸港，邀请来自全球各地的近100名教育领导者齐聚海口哈罗，深刻探讨如何更好驾驭人工智能在教育领域的无限潜力。

在连续两天的丰富议程中，志同道合的教育领导者共同参与以团队合作为核心、问题解决为导向的互动议程，深入剖析人工智能如何精准对接并支持学校的战略愿景，同时激发校园内创新与创造力的文化氛围。这场独特的盛会不仅帮助学校领导者深化对AI时代领导力的理解，更对如何通过人工智能推动学习、团队建设、协作和社区发展进行多元化的探索。

值得一提的是，本次大会荣幸邀请到了两位在全球范围内享有盛誉的主题演讲嘉宾：微软（中国）公共部门教育与医疗行业总经理王莉佳女士及奥运冠军兼田径教练马尔隆·德沃尼什（Marlon Devonish），后者来自上海英国国际学校（浦西校区）。他们携手由教育领域杰出领导者及同行精英组成的讲师团队，共同呈现了一系列精彩绝伦的研讨会。此外，大会还特别增设了针对体育领域领导者的专题会议，旨在通过提升学生参与体育竞赛与交流的体验，进一步促进校园体育文化的蓬勃发展。

The inaugural NESSIC Leadership Conference was successfully held at AISL Harrow Haikou on 15-16 November, 2024, where education leaders from 29 international schools in China gathered to discuss how to fully empower teaching and learning in the AI era through diverse exchanges under the theme - Forging Creative Futures.

NESSIC, the Network for Enriching Students and Schools in China, was officially established this year with the core values of Connection, Enrichment, and Development, aiming to create opportunities for teachers and students from allied schools to continuously improve and go beyond. Founding members include Harrow Haikou, Aven Shenzhen, Cogdel Cranleigh School Changsha, Daystar Academy Beijing, Hiba Academy Shanghai, Shanghai United International School Qingpu Campus, Shenzhen College International Education and Dalian Huamei School.

In today's era where artificial intelligence (AI) technology is continuously innovating in the field of education, school leaders are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. To help decision-makers in education better understand and leverage this transformation, NESSIC hosted its inaugural leadership conference in Hainan Free Trade Port, inviting nearly 100 education leaders from around the world to gather at Harrow Haikou to deeply discuss how to better harness the unlimited potential of artificial intelligence in education.

Over two consecutive days, like-minded education leaders participated in interactive sessions centered on teamwork and problem-solving, deeply analyzing how artificial intelligence can accurately align with and support the strategic vision of schools, while stimulating a culture of innovation and creativity within the campus. This unique event not only helped school leaders deepen their understanding of leadership in the AI era but also explored in a diversified way how to promote learning, team building, collaboration, and community development through artificial intelligence.

It is worth mentioning that the conference was honored to invite two globally renowned keynote speakers: Ms. Luisa Wang, General Manager of Education and Healthcare in the Public Sector at Microsoft (China), and Mr. Marlon Devonish, the Olympic champion and track and field coach, who is from the British International School of Shanghai, Puxi Campus. They joined a team of outstanding leaders and elite peers in the field of education to present a series of brilliant seminars. A special session for leaders in the field of sports was added to the conference, aiming to further promote the vigorous development of campus sports culture by enhancing students' participation in sports competitions and exchanges.

The conference with the theme of Forging Creative Futures is not only a platform for learning, but also a chance to gain deep insights and positive preparations for the future.
