10月15日，华外外校秀丽剧院热情洋溢，三、四年级的学生们齐聚一堂，参加了特别的“冠军与我面对面”养成教育活动。

On 15th October, Huawai's Xiu Li Theatre was full of warmth and enthusiasm, and the students of Grade 3 and Grade 4 gathered to participate in the special ‘Champions Face to Face’Education Activity.

罗微老师从她的跆拳道训练生涯讲起，讲述了成功背后的艰辛与坚持。她用生动的例子告诉学生，胜利的背后是无尽的汗水与努力。听着她的故事，学生们的眼神变得坚定，仿佛看到了未来的奋斗方向。

From her Taekwondo training career, Ms Luo Wei talked about the hard work and perseverance behind success. She used vivid examples to tell the students that behind the victory is endless sweat and hard work. Listening to her story, the students' eyes became determined, as if they saw the direction of future struggle.

活动高潮在互动环节，学生们纷纷举手提问，与这位榜样面对面交流。在这样的对话中，学生们不仅获得具体问题的答案，更体验到了成功背后的力量与勇气。这种互动让孩子们心中默默立下誓言：在未来的学习和生活中，要以冠军的态度面对每一个挑战。

The event culminated in an interactive session where students raised their hands to ask questions and meet this role model face-to-face. In such a dialogue, students not only got answers to specific questions, but also experienced the power and courage behind success. This interaction made the children make a silent vow in their hearts to face every challenge with a champion's attitude in their future studies and lives.

“冠军面对面”活动，是CEP双语部小学养成教育系列活动中的重要一环，同学们从中收获勇气与力量，一步步走向他们自己的冠军之路。

The students gained courage and strength from this and took a step towards their own path to becoming champions.

在华外“养成教育”系列活动开展前，任怀柱校长在升旗仪式上发表了《全力以赴，争做幸福和美华外人》的讲话，鼓励学生在品格、精神和本领三个方面全面发展。

Before the beginning of the series of activities of Huawai's ‘Habit Education', Principal Ren Huaizhu delivered a speech of ‘Try our best and strive to be best Huawai people’ at the flag-raising ceremony, encouraging the students to fully develop in three aspects: character, spirit and skills.

他强调，良好的品格指引人生方向，而全力以赴的精神能助力学生克服困难，超越自我。此外，生活和学习本领的培养将使学生更好地适应社会、承担责任。这一讲话深化了华外的养成教育理念，激励学生勇敢追梦，成为更加优秀的自己。

He emphasised that good character guides the direction of life, while the spirit of giving one's best can help students overcome difficulties and transcend themselves. In addition, the cultivation of living and learning skills will enable students to better adapt to the society and take responsibility. This speech deepened Huawai's concept of formative education and motivated students to bravely pursue their dreams and become a better version of themselves.

在养成教育活动的推动下，学校于开学初两周内对学生进行了一日常规考核，严格规范各年级的日常行为。通过对课前准备、学习习惯、下课排队等多个方面的考核，学校不仅培养了学生良好的学习习惯和自我管理能力，还提升了他们的团队协作意识。

Promoted by the Nurturing Education Activity, the school conducted a one-day routine assessment on students within two weeks at the beginning of the school year to strictly regulate the daily behaviours of all grades. Through the assessment of various aspects such as preparation before class, study habits and queuing up after class, the school not only cultivated students' good study habits and self-management ability, but also enhanced their sense of teamwork.

于第四周大课间成功举办了“班级风采展”队形队列比赛，展示常规养成教育的成果，培养学生良好的队列意识和班级荣誉感。比赛吸引了二至六年级全体学生参与。操场上，整齐划一的队列与铿锵有力的步伐展示出各班级的风采。比赛分为入场、队形展示和跑操等环节，学生们在首席导师的指引下，快速集合、整齐列队，展现了高度的组织纪律性。同学们听音乐指令，集体出发，体现了阳光体育的活力。

In the fourth week of recess, the ‘Class Style Show’ Formation Competition was successfully held to demonstrate the results of routine education and to cultivate students' awareness of good formation and sense of honour in the class. The competition attracted the participation of all students from Grade 2 to Grade 6. On the playground, the neat and tidy queues and powerful steps demonstrated the elegance of each class. The competition was divided into entry, formation display and running drill. Under the guidance of the chief instructor, students assembled quickly and lined up neatly, demonstrating a high degree of organisation and discipline. Students listened to the music instructions and set off collectively, reflecting the vigour of sunshine sports.

通过这样的系列活动，我们希望能够为学生提供一个全面发展的平台，让他们在养成良好习惯的同时，也能够发现自己的潜力，明确自己的目标，为未来的人生旅程做好准备。

Through such a series of activities, we hope to provide students with a platform for all-round development, so that they can develop good habits while at the same time discovering their own potentials, defining their own goals, and preparing for their future journey in life.

The series of activities of formative education is a meticulous educational practice, which starts from the little things in life and guides students to regulate their behaviour and cultivate good behavioural habits. This is not only to regulate students' daily behaviour, but also to shape their personal character. Through this kind of education, we aim to inspire students' goals and dreams, and make them more determined and confident on the road to growth.
