HISAC Swim Meet Round 1
Last Saturday marked a thrilling day at the HISAC (Hangzhou International School Athlete Conference) Swim Meet Round 1, featuring fierce competition among over ten schools from Zhejiang and Shanghai. The Wellington College Hangzhou swim team made a formidable impression with their outstanding performances.
Out of the ocean of competition, our swimmers emerged triumphant, clinching an astounding 25 gold, 18 silver and 23 bronze medals. Their relentless dedication and exceptional skill propelled WCCH to a remarkable second place overall, showcasing the true spirit of Wellington!
Our athletes' achievements spoke volumes about their hard work, team spirit and determination. From precise strokes to swift turns, the Wellington Lions dominated the pool, reflecting countless hours of practice and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
As we ride this wave of success, our swimmers are more motivated than ever. Each medal won is not just a testament to individual talent but also a symbol of collective effort and support from coaches, families and peers.
