启动仪式上，华外同文外国语学校理事长贺惠芬女生发表热情洋溢致辞，她表示非常开心此项目能够在黄埔区落地，同时也对项目各方的大力支持表示诚挚感谢：

At the launching ceremony, Huawai-Tongman Foreign Language School's Chairwoman, Ms He Huifen, delivered a passionate speech, saying she was very happy that the project could be landed in Whampoa and expressing her sincere gratitude to all the parties involved in the project for their strong support:

自2021年起，岭南基金会与华外同文外国语学校携手知明学校，共同开启了一段特殊的教育旅程。通过特教教师进华外、华外知明共融课堂等活动，我们不仅为两校的孩子们搭建了面对面交流的桥梁，更在他们幼小的心灵中播下了理解与包容的种子。在这些互动中，华外的学子们学会了尊重和理解，学会了关爱和支持，他们心中种下了爱心和责任的种子，这些品质将伴随他们成长，成为他们人生旅途中的重要财富。

Since 2021, Lingnan Foundation and Huawai-Tongman Foreign Language School have joined hands with Zhiming School to embark on a special educational journey.Through activities such as Special Education Teachers in Huawai and Huawai Zhiming Inclusive Classroom, we have not only built bridges of face-to-face communication between the children of the two schools, but also sowed the seeds of understanding and tolerance in their young minds. In these interactions, Huawai's students learnt respect and understanding, care and support, and the seeds of love and responsibility were planted in their hearts, and these qualities will grow with them and become important assets in their life journey.

活动现场还进行了彩虹桥家长学校”揭牌仪式。相信“彩虹桥家长学校”的成立，不仅为家长们构建了一个获取知识与技能的重要平台，同时也促进了各学校之间的紧密合作与资源共享，搭建起了一座连接彼此的桥梁。各方领导均表示，将充分发挥家校社协同育人作用，积极整合各方资源加大对特殊教育的投入与支持力度，致力于为特殊儿童营造一个更加优越的学习与成长环境，确保他们能够获得更加全面、更加优质的教育服务。

The opening ceremony of the Rainbow Bridge Parents' School was also held at the event. It is believed that the establishment of ‘Rainbow Bridge Parents’ School’ not only builds an important platform for parents to acquire knowledge and skills, but also promotes close cooperation and resource sharing among schools, and builds a bridge to connect each other. Leaders from all parties said that they would give full play to the role of home, school and community in educating people, actively integrate resources from all parties to increase investment in and support for special education, and commit themselves to creating a better learning and growing environment for children with special needs to ensure that they can get more comprehensive and better quality education services.
