•Patricia holds an MA in Education from the University of Sunderland and a Master’s in leadership and management through the University of Bath. She has had over 20 years of experience in IB schools in Singapore, China and the United States.
•Patricia has been an IB Workshop Leader, Schools Consultant and Site Visit Team Member for over 10 years. She is also an IBEN member. She believes that each child is unique, and high-quality education can unleash their potential.
•Patricia has been in a leadership role for more than seven years. As a school leader, she has worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and has extensive experience in leading in a multicultural educational context.

•Jeremiah is the Deputy Principal of Primary, and PYP Coordinator at ISA Liwan. Jeremiah has 18 years of teaching and school leadership experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Nanyang Technological University, a Master’s degree in Cross-cultural Communication from the University of Sydney and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

•Michelle holds a certificate upon completion for International Professional qualification for school leadership by University College London (UCL). She has more than 20 years of teaching experience in China and the United States.
•Michelle led an International school to achieve the PYP authorization of the earliest group of schools in the Mainland of China. She is an IB workshop leader, school visit team member and school consultant for 10 years.
•Michelle believes that a quality education provides endless possibilities for children, and ultimately develops them into active lifelong learners who can make a difference in the world beyond the classroom.

•With a rich and diverse career spanning 16 years, Tim has had the privilege of working in various public and private schools across Australia, gaining valuable experience in both classroom teaching and education management.
•In 2017, Tim embarked on his journey with ISA. He worked across all grade levels in the primary programme and assumed several leadership responsibilities, serving as a subject coordinator.
•Committed to lifelong learning, Tim is currently pursuing his PhD at James Cook University in Australia. His research focuses on international school policies and leadership, particularly emphasising international schools in China.

•Ms. Shirley has five years of teaching experience at the primary level as an English Homeroom teacher in China. She has also taught at private IB school in Canada. There she taught grades ranging from Junior Kindergartens to Grade 5 in various subjects.

•Ms. Liu Ying graduated with a degree in Education from the Xi'an International Studies University. She has 12 years of teaching and classroom experience, specialising in IB education in a Chinese context, where she integrates the best aspects of Chinese learning with the IB curriculum framework. Ms. Liu is skilled at engaging students in exploring Chinese language and traditional culture through inquiry-based learning pedagogies.
•Ms. Liu has developed a unique approach to Pinyin instruction and holds a personal patent for Pinyin learning cards.

•Originally from Toronto, Mr. Ezrin is a committed lifelong learner who is always pursuing new learning opportunities; inquiry and reflection energize and inspire his teaching practice.
•After completing a Bachelor of Education through the University of Toronto, Mr. Ezrin went on to teach at private and international schools in Taipei and Shenzhen. While pursuing his Master of Education from the University of Victoria, Mr. Ezrin further extended his knowledge and practice of language and literacy instruction.

•Mrs. Li has been working in international schools for almost twelve years, with nine years of experience in teaching Chinese at ISA. She has extensive experience in teaching native and non-native Chinese at all levels of primary school. She has worked as a Chinese teacher and Chinese Coordinator at ISA Tianhe School.
•Mrs. Li holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an IB training certificate. She has been awarded the Outstanding Instructor Award in the Junior Writing Cup, the Outstanding Instructor Award in the World Chinese Essay Writing Competition, and the title of “Outstanding Teacher” in ISA. As a member of the founding team of ISA Tianhe School, she has been exploring how to combine the IB philosophy with the local Chinese National Curriculum and actively developing and integrating school-based teaching materials. Mrs. Li has shared examples of exemplary Chinese teaching units and teaching experiences in international education forums at home and abroad.

•Ms. Hong has a Master of Education degree from the Department of Education of New Jersey College and was honoured to join the ISA Liwan family in July 2022. For the past 11 years, she has worked as a Chinese teacher in three international schools. The international working environment not only allows her to understand multiculturalism better, while also broadens her educational horizons, which will guide ISA students to become active, inquiring, knowledgeable, thoughtful and open-minded global citizens.

•Ms. Maggie has been an IB educator for over seven years and is passionate about teaching through inquiry. She is an experienced mathematics and English teacher and holds a degree in English. •For over 20 years, Mr. Will has worked in well-known primary and secondary schools. During this period, he served as a member of the teaching and research group and a young pioneer counsellor, guiding many students to participate in provincial and municipal competitions and obtaining excellent results. •Ms. Cherry is a graduate of the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and has five years of experience in teaching Mathematics. She has teaching qualifications in both Mathematics and English and extensive experience in bilingual mathematics teaching, as well as preparing students for Maths competitions. Miss Cherry has guided many students in international Maths competitions, including the American “Math League” and the Australian "Maths Kangaroo", winning both the gold and silver awards. •Mr. LaSpina was born and raised in Chicago, in the heart of the USA. He has a Bachelor of Arts in management with a minor in human resources. After discovering his love for education, he earned a teaching English as a foreign language certification, then a postgraduate degree in education and finally a Master of Arts in educational leadership and change.
