As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, British International School successfully held a series of activities today, aimed at promoting Chinese traditional culture and enhancing international students' understanding of Chinese traditional festivals.
These activities included traditional projects such as pot-throwing, lantern riddle guessing, sticky ball throwing, and reciting ancient Chinese poems, as well as the modern project of taking photos.
Students from EYFS to Secondary all actively participated in the activities, with everyone enjoying the fun of the festival.
Through these activities, students not only deepened their understanding of Chinese culture but also strengthened the friendship and cultural exchanges among classmates.
It is particularly worth mentioning that this event was strongly supported by the Chinese teaching team and assisted by the Parent-Teacher Association. Thanks our warm school community for allowing everyone to experience the charm of this traditional festival together.
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to all!
