“成长”是我们本学年的主题，更是每位教师前进的方向。为此，8月12日-16日，圣比斯（东莞）举行了为期5天的教师研修活动。

研修中既有学科及素养培训，更邀请了名师专家到校培训，参训老师们仰取俯拾，收获满满。以下给大家回顾下重点的研修内容。

剑桥大学校友，英国圣比斯公学校董王德志先生，不仅是一位成功的企业家，还是一位有着丰富教育经验的数学资深教育工作者。

本次A-Level阶段数学老师特训，除了理论知识的学习外，校董还亲自设计了一系列实践环节，鼓励老师们跳出传统的教学模式，探索更多创新的教学方法。

在IGCES和A-Level的国际教育体系中，全球视野和领导能力尤为重要。我校在研修培训过程中迎来了一位重量级嘉宾——世界著名约翰.麦斯威尔团队认证的教练、培训师和顾问：Kevin J. Fischer先生。

Kevin以生动幽默的方式，带领老师们重新认识了“领导力”——领导力就是影响力。运用有趣的团队游戏，让大家更深刻的认识到团队协助的重要性。

那么这些成功经验是如何产生？培训汇总，优秀老师从教学理念、课堂管理技巧以及个性化教学方式的角度，向老师们分享教学经验，鼓励老师们提供反馈，并根据反馈进一步完善。

公学高度重视营造安全、健康、有益成长的环境，为全体教职工提供儿童保护培训，旨在增强他们的儿童保护意识，并培养相关技能，以更好地维护学生的身心健康。

培训还涵盖学生健康与安全管理，内容包括药物管理、急救措施和健康指引等内容。

回顾一周的开学前培训和准备，不难看出中外教老师们对教学细节的严格要求，以及全体教职工对学生返校的殷切期盼。

"Growth" is the theme of this school year, and it is the direction of every teacher.To this end, from August 12 to 16, St. Bees (Dongguan) held a five-day teacher training activity.

Mr. Wang Dezhi, an alumnus of the University of Cambridge, is not only a successful entrepreneur, but also a senior mathematics educator with rich educational experience.

In this A-Level special training for mathematics teachers, in addition to the learning of theoretical knowledge, the school board also personally designed A series of practical links to encourage teachers to jump out of the traditional teaching mode and explore more innovative teaching methods.

In the international education system at IGCES and A-level, A global perspective and leadership are particularly important.Our school welcomed a heavyweight guest during the training process - the world famous John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, trainer and Consultant: Mr. Kevin J. Fischer.

In a lively and humorous way, Kevin led the teachers to a new understanding of "leadership" - leadership is influence.Use fun team games to make everyone more deeply aware of the importance of team assistance.

The Public School was established in Dongguan Nancheng in 2020, and has achieved excellent academic achievements and further studies in just four years:

 ·Lu Zuyang was admitted to the University of Oxford Dongguan was the first school to be awarded the 2023 "Reaching for the Stars" Award by the British Pearson Examination Authority

· In 2023, 100% of the first graduates will be admitted to world famous universities

· 100% of Cambridge applicants are invited for interviews

· Zhang got the highest score of A Level in A single subject in China

· Gong's paper was included in the official website of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge

So how did these successes come about?

Excellent teachers share their teaching experience with teachers from the perspective of teaching philosophy, classroom management skills and personalized teaching methods, encourage teachers to provide feedback, and further improve according to feedback.

The Public School attaches great importance to creating a safe, healthy and conducive environment for growth, and provides child protection training to all staff and staff with the aim of enhancing their awareness of child protection and developing relevant skills to better safeguard the physical and mental health of students.

The training also covers student health and safety management, including medication management, first aid measures and health guidelines.
