Lucia Lin graduated from Jimei University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Literature (Normal Orientation). She has rich experience in Chinese teaching and class management, having taught in many schools in Fuzhou, Shenzhen and other places after graduation, where she absorbed excellent ideas about teaching from different schools. Yan Wang graduated from Shaanxi Normal University and Capital Normal University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in TCSOL, qualified as a high school Chinese teacher. She has taught for many years in well-known bilingual schools and private schools in Beijing, and has also undertaken overseas Chinese teaching tasks in Thailand and the Philippines, gaining rich experience in Chinese teaching and class management. Wayne Bradley graduated from the University of South Africa majoring in education. Daniel Venter obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Tampa. He then received his Florida teaching license through the University of West Florida, and is certified to teach Biology through the 12th grade. After graduating he volunteered for the American Conservation Experience and was responsible for invasive species removal in several National Parks. Besides his love for teaching and the sciences, Daniel is also very active in the sports community. Before joining FLA, Daniel worked as an English teacher for 6 years in Beijing. He believes language learning works best in an environment where students are encouraged to speak freely without fear of rejection.

Eric Wilbert is an American English teacher from the state of Alabama. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Spanish Studies from Troy University, and also obtained his Master's degree in Second Language Instruction from the same university. Throughout his experience, he has taught a range of students, from elementary level students to university level students in both America and Brazil. During this time, he has had the opportunities to use a wide range of language learning methods and techniques, which makes him adaptable to various classroom settings. He is currently learning Chinese, as he sees it as one of the primary ways to connect with the Chinese culture and people.

Angela Dekenah graduated from Rhodes University in South Africa with a double bachelor's degree in entomology and zoology, and holds an advanced TEFL certificate. With rich English teaching experience after teaching in China for 4 years, she integrates scientific knowledge and English teaching to cultivate students' innovative ability and thinking ability in the classroom, and helps them grow into curious, confident and tenacious individuals who love to explore.

Ishan, a UK English teacher, graduated from the University of Bedford with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Therapy and is currently studying for a Master's degree in Education at the University of Hull. He has worked and lived in China since 2015 and has 8 years of kindergarten and primary school teaching experience in China. He holds TESOL/TEFL certificate and has outstanding English teaching ability. He believes that teaching is about building excellent teacher-student relationships and encouraging them to develop their skills and abilities. The goal should be to inspire lifelong learners who desire deep understanding as well as personal growth.

Chris is a English teacher who holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He has ten years of teaching experience in China, teaching to all levels ranging from Kindergarten students all the way through to Post-Graduate University students. He is a teacher who truly believes it is important his students strive in the classroom by expressing who they are as a person through speaking English and encourages his students to broaden their horizons through their imagination and critical thinking. Chris' ultimate goal for his students is that they can have a pleasant, safe and enjoyable environment whilst learning.

Enrico Perciballi is originally from Canada but has been living and working in China for almost 15 years. He has a wide range of experience in teaching students of all ages. He has a degree in International Business and a Master's in Education. In the future he plans to pursue a Ph.D. when time permits. Enrico also has a background in teacher training, science and technology. He used this background to develop an English STEM course for grade 3 & 4 students and uses technology in the classroom to motivate and inspire his students. He believes the best way to have a happy and productive class is through the effective motivation of students. In his free time, Enrico enjoys watching movies with his family, go karting, reading and  building and riding longboards. 

Kirk Shi graduated from Sichuan University with an English major and won a national scholarship in college. She has worked at well-known educational institutions and has rich experience in English teaching and teacher training. She has participated in the development of the IELTS Speaking and Listening Textbook, and has conducted in-depth research on standardized English exams such as IELTS. She is skilled at explaining test points from different dimensions. During her tenure at Future Leadership Academy, she participated in open class teaching multiple times, with a lively and approachable teaching style that was deeply loved by students. Fiona Zhao graduated from City University of Hong Kong. She has more than 10 years’ teaching experience in international schools in Hong Kong, including 5 years as a class teacher. She works to help with building up healthy personality and overall well-being of students. SVETLANA ORLOVA is a well-known ballet dance educator in Russia, a principal dancer of the Russian City Ballet Theater, a basic and advanced classical ballet teacher for Russian children. Graduated from the Irkutsk State Pedagogical University in the Russian Federation. She has rich experience in children and adult dance education. She is good at choreography, research on children's psychology in dance and sports, and is proficient in various levels of classical dance, classical ballet and modern dance.  Over the years of working in the dance industry, she has learned that creating a spark in any child is one of the most rewarding things in life. She wanted to be able to share her love of dance that was instilled in her from a young age by her main role model, mentor and mother.

Chen Junzhi, hip-hop (Hip-Hop class) instructor, graduated from West China Normal University, has won the Sichuan CDB International Street Dance Championship Hip-Hop single champion, Sichuan Great Unity Street Dance League Championship Freestyle runner-up, China Yinchuan Sports Dance National Champion of the Open Competition and the 2nd Ningxia Sports Dance Championship Jazz Dance Team Competition Group, with a senior Chinese teacher qualification certificate. He firmly believes that interest is the best teacher. He is good at stimulating students' interest in teaching, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and designing courses according to the laws of students' physical and mental development.

Eddie Fang  graduated from Soochow University. He is a Happy Gymnastics Coach and Referee, national first-level trampoline athlete,  national first level skill athlete, and PADI diving athlete. He holds China high school teacher qualification certificate and senior psychological counselor certificate. He once led his team to win a number of gold medals in the Jiangsu Happy Gymnastics competition and won the best coach in the Suzhou Primary School Cheer Leading Competition. With professional sports skills and deep insight into students’ psychology, he advocates teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. He is good at stimulating students’ interest in autonomous learning, and is willing to cultivate students’ self-confidence, emotional control, behavioral focus and team cohesion in physical exercise.

Alex graduated from Harbin Institute of Physical Education, majoring in physical education. He loves all sports. Originating from the youth training talent base of Shanxi Fenjiu Men's Basketball Team, he is proficient in Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, Sports Anatomy, Sports Physiology, and Teaching Methods of School Physical Education Materials, etc. After undergoing eleven years of systematic training, he is a social sports instructor for swimming and a senior specialized coach for basketball. He has always believed that humans are innately good and every child is like a little angel in his heart. He cherishes every second of contact with children, and therefore hopes that all his positive energy can have an impact on the children, enabling them to be happy and outstanding on the path of growth.

Ma Xianglong holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, a Senior High School Physical Education Teacher Qualification Certificate, Has received five years of track and field training and five years of badminton training in the system, and has won multiple provincial badminton awards and the title of badminton player. During his teaching period, he gained recognition from numerous students and parents. In class, he was a kind and compassionate teacher, while out of class, he was a sunny and cheerful older brother. As an educator, he advocates combining education with entertainment in class, making learning no longer boring and boring, and allowing students to acquire knowledge and skills through laughter and joy.

Hongmei Yang used to be the female golfer in China and one of China's first professional golfers. She has 24 championships and ranked No.1 for five consecutive years. After 2013, she shifted her focus to golf teaching and training, especially for teenagers, and made fruitful efforts. Zhang Weiwei, a teenage player whom she coached, won the China LPGA Tour Order of Merit in 2019, and Zhang Yunjie, another player she coached, once played for the Chinese national team. Adept at short-game technical teaching, she focuses on basic training and integrates theory and practice in teaching step by step. Currently, Hongmei works at FLA as the Coach of Varsity Golf Team. She has established a multi-tier training system, and led the school team members to achieve good results in many large competitions at home and abroad.

Anthony Xue graduated from TianJin University of Sport, majoring in golf. He serves as a golf teacher and intermediate coach certified by the China Golf Association. He is also a certified third-level coach of TPI in the United States, certified L1 Hal-method coach and certified coach of Golf Mind. Well versed in the principles of swing, he helps students find their own swing patterns through physical tests, and strives to improve their performance.

Zhao Wang has received rich professional education both domestically and internationally, and gained extensive experience in physical training and junior golf training. He holds national professional fitness instructor certificate, TPI and many other professional certificates, and ranked among the top three in the final of national personal trainer competition.

David Wang graduated from Shenyang Sports University and has been teaching for more than 10 years and has formed his own unique teaching style. He has the ability to communicate and motivate younger students, helping students generate interest in learning, overcome difficulties, and be brave to be the first. David excels at simplifying complex concepts, understanding the reasons behind students’ struggles, and correcting movements with attention to subtle details, ultimately enhancing their motor skills.

Zack Wu, M.A. in Applied Psychology from Capital Normal University & Sanya Psychological Society member, has extensive experience in counseling and education. He provided support to children & adolescents through Sanya Psychological Society's projects. At Future Leadership International School, he offers professional psychological guidance, mental health classes, counseling, and group activities to enhance students' resilience, emotional management, and social skills.
