夏日的微风轻拂，阳光透过树叶的缝隙，洒下斑驳的光影。在这个七月，10位来自天津法拉古特学校的青春使者，携着满腔的热情与爱心，踏上了一段意义非凡的旅程。他们来到了爱星筑梦公益姚村就业站，开启了一场充满温情与希望的陪伴关爱活动。
The summer breeze was gentle, and the sun shone through the gaps of the leaves, shedding dappled light and shadows. In July, 10 youthful ambassadors from Tianjin Farragut School embarked on a meaningful journey with passion and love. They came to Aixingzhumeng Charity Yaocun Employment Station, and started a warm and hopeful activity of accompanying and caring.
此次活动得到了爱星筑梦公益的支持。自2013年起，爱星筑梦公益一直致力于帮助弱势群体，累计为超过500个家庭提供了援助。该组织建立了包括星青年成长基地、溪秀苑就业站、姚村就业站和佳怡就业站在内的四个辅助性就业平台。目前，超过70名年龄在18至36岁之间的心智障碍者通过这些平台参与到辅助性就业中。他们不仅享有完善的五险一金福利，而且收入不低于天津市的最低工资标准。另外，这个群体也被大众赋予了一个可爱的名字——“星青年”。
This activity was supported by Aixingzhumeng Charity. Since 2013, Aixingzhumeng Charity has been committed to helping the underprivileged and has provided assistance to more than 500 families. The organization has established four supported employment platforms including Star Youth Growth Base, Xixiuyuan Employment Station, Yaocun Employment Station and Jiayi Employment Station. At present, more than 70 mentally handicapped persons aged between 18 and 36 are engaged in supported employment through these platforms. They not only enjoy comprehensive five insurance and one gold benefits, but also earn no less than the minimum wage in Tianjin. In addition, this group has been given a lovely name by the public - "Star Youth".
本次活动，从与星青年的初次相识，到心与心的交流，再到共同的游戏和学习成长，天津法拉古特学校的孩子们深刻体会到了心智障碍青年的不易与自强。在深受鼓舞的同时，他们也领悟到了陪伴与帮助他人的深远意义，感受到了在给予中收获，在奉献中成长的美好。
In this activity, from the first acquaintance with the Star Youth, to the heart-to-heart communication, to the common games and learning and growing, the students of Tianjin Farragut School deeply realized the difficulty and self-improvement of the mentally handicapped youth. While being deeply inspired, they also realized the profound significance of accompanying and helping others, and felt the beauty of harvesting in giving and growing in dedication.

在导师的引领下，志愿者们踏入了姚村就业站。这里不仅是一个工作场所，更是一个充满爱的天地。他们首次近距离接触心智障碍青年，感受到了他们的生活状态和精神面貌。尽管生活在不同的地点，但彼此的心灵却在这短暂的交汇中产生了共鸣。志愿者们被星青年们手工作品深深吸引，不禁为他们的心灵手巧赞叹。
在星青年的热情邀请下，志愿者们加入了手工花的制作。每一片花瓣在指尖旋转，每一朵花在花枝上绽放，都是对美好生活的向往。这不仅是一次技能的学习，更是一次心灵的交流。每一朵绣球花都承载着志愿者们对星青年的敬意和祝福。
At the warm invitation of the Star Youth, the volunteers joined in the making of handmade flowers. Each petal twirled in the fingertips, each flower bloomed on the branches, all of them were the desire for a better life. This is not only a skill learning, but also a spiritual exchange. Each hydrangea flower carries the volunteers' respect and blessings for Star Youth.

为了进一步加深彼此的了解和情感的融合，志愿者们与星青年们共同参与了一系列丰富多彩的游戏活动。在欢声笑语中，他们分组合作，运用智慧和策略，在游戏中保护和支持星青年，展现了团队精神和青春活力。这些活动不仅增进了双方的友谊，也让志愿者们更加深刻地理解了残健共融的意义。
In order to further deepen mutual understanding and emotional integration, the volunteers participated in a series of games with the Star Youth. In the midst of laughter, they cooperated in groups and used wisdom and strategies to protect and support the Star Youth in the games, demonstrating teamwork and youthful vigor. These games not only enhanced the friendship between the two sides, but also gave the volunteers a deeper understanding of the significance of integration of the disabled and the able-bodied.

活动最终在星青年们感人至深的手势舞《感恩的心》中达到顶峰。志愿者们被这份真挚的情感深深打动，与星青年们一同学习、互动，共同感受着这份特别的联结。
The activity culminated in a touching gesture dance "Grateful Heart" by the Star Youth. The volunteers were deeply touched by this sincere emotion, learning and interacting with the Star Youth and feeling the special connection together.

Through this activity, the students not only learned knowledge, but also gained growth and enlightenment. They said that the spirit of self-improvement of the Star Youth will inspire them to face challenges and overcome difficulties positively in their future study and life.
多年来，天津法拉古特学校始终致力于培养学生的公益素养和社会责任感。从今年的孤独症徒步行走，到去年的公益助学与助老理发，再到五年持续远赴云南的支教活动，每一次的行动都是对学生心灵的深刻触动，每一次的参与都是对社会责任的积极履行。无论是在校园内还是跨越山川的支教路上，学生们都以实际行动传递着爱心与温暖，不断丰富自己的精神世界，实现着个人价值与社会责任的双重成长。
Over the years, Tianjin Farragut School has always been committed to cultivating students' public service literacy and social responsibility. From this year's autism hiking walk, to last year's public welfare school aid and haircutting for the elderly, to the five years of continuous teaching activities far away in Yunnan, every action is a profound touch on the students' hearts, and every participation is an active fulfillment of social responsibility.
