得益于香港教育局对暨大港澳子弟学校办学的鼎力支持,学校长期与香港教育界保持密切联系,搭建国际化的学术合作与人才培养平台,提供优质的教育服务资源。
自2022年与香港教育大学合作开展「大湾区学校体验先导计划」以来,已经为ASJ输送了众多优秀实习生。今年6月,佛山ASJ也迎来了首批来自香港教育大学的实习老师。
Thanks to the strong support from the Hong Kong Education Bureau for the Jinan University Hong Kong and Macao Children School, the school has maintained close ties with the Hong Kong education sector for a long time, building an international academic cooperation and talent cultivation platform, and providing high-quality educational service resources.
Since collaborating with the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) to launch the "Greater Bay Area School Experience Pilot Program" in 2022, ASJ has welcomed numerous outstanding interns. In June this year, ASJ-Foshan also welcomed its first batch of intern teachers from EdUHK.
实习之旅:融合与学习的双重体验

抱着对内地教育模式的好奇以及「大湾区学校体验先导计划」提供的机会,香港教育大学健康与体育学系-体育教育荣誉学士的两位同学——Jason和Manson,首次来到内地学校担任实习老师。在佛山ASJ,他们将进行为期两周的体育课程教授,包括篮球、排球指导训练等。
Driven by curiosity about the mainland education model and the opportunity provided by the "Greater Bay Area School Experience Pilot Program," two students from the Department of Health and Physical Education at EdUHK, Jason and Manson, came to ASJ-Foshan for the first time to serve as intern teachers. At ASJ-Foshan, they will teach PE course for two weeks, including basketball and volleyball training.

当谈及此次来到内地实习的初衷,Jason和Manson都表示希望借此机会学习将香港体育教育的特色与内地的教学模式相结合,以实现优势互补。
他们深知,内地与香港在教育模式上虽有差异,但各有其独特的价值和魅力。因此,他们期待在佛山ASJ的实习过程中,能够深入了解内地体育教学的实际情况,同时也将香港的体育教育经验分享给这里的师生。
When discussing their initial motivation for coming to the mainland for an internship, both Jason and Manson expressed their hope to use this opportunity to learn how to integrate the characteristics of Hong Kong's physical education with the mainland's teaching model to achieve complementary advantages.
They are well aware that although there are differences between mainland and Hong Kong education models, each has its unique value and charm. Therefore, they look forward to deeply understanding the actual situation of physical education in mainland schools during their internship at Foshan ASJ and sharing Hong Kong's physical education experience with the teachers and students here.
对于同学们而言,两位年轻实习老师的来临也为课堂带来了不同的色彩。
For the students, the arrival of these two young intern teachers brought different colors to the classroom.
G8的陆同学在Manson的指导下快速上手了排球的打法技巧,他说:“这是我首次接触排球,但是实习老师的教学方式很活泼,会在授课过程中设计一些游戏,让我们在欢快的氛围中去学习体育知识,并且进一步培养了我们的团队协作能力。”
Lu, a G8 student, quickly grasped the skills of volleyball under the guidance of Manson. He said, "This is my first time playing volleyball, but the intern teachers' teaching methods are lively. They design some games during the lessons, allowing us to learn sports knowledge in a joyful atmosphere and further develop our teamwork skills."
香港的体育教育强调尽量在游戏中学习,带给学生更多趣味性体验。Jason表示:“将游戏元素带到课堂其实就是为了提升学生的学习动机。”通过热身游戏,同学们慢慢进入到运动训练状态之中,从而让他们在运动时更加得心应手。
Hong Kong's physical education emphasizes learning through games, providing students with a more enjoyable experience. Jason said, "Bringing game elements into the classroom is actually to enhance students' learning motivation." Through warm-up games, students gradually enter the training, making them more adept at the activities.
同时,他们对于内地与香港的体育教育也有了更深刻的看法。Manson认为内地的体育教育资源比香港条件更好,尤其是佛山ASJ能够为学生提供宽阔的运动场地,如篮球场、田径场、羽毛球场等等。在此基础下,学生的运动能力也比香港的学生高,相比香港的体育多元化发展,佛山ASJ学生有更多机会去专注到一个项目的训练,以达到更高的成就。
Meanwhile, they also gained a deeper understanding of the differences between physical education in the mainland and Hong Kong. Manson believes that the physical education resources in the mainland are better than in Hong Kong, especially as ASJ-Foshan can provide students with spacious sports venues, such as basketball courts, athletics fields, and badminton courts. With this foundation, students' athletic abilities are also higher than those of Hong Kong students. Compared to the diversified development of sports in Hong Kong, ASJers have more opportunities to focus on a single project and achieve higher accomplishments.
除了教学工作外,Jason和Manson也积极参与了学校的各项活动,亲身感受了内地港澳子弟学校生活的丰富多彩,也与学生们建立了深厚的友谊。
Besides teaching, Jason and Manson actively participated in various school activities, personally experiencing the rich and colorful life of the mainland's Hong Kong and Macao children school and establishing deep friendships with the students.

“在这里实习对我来说不仅仅是提升教学方面,因为我在这里,也会在晚自习、早读甚至一些学校活动、比赛等环节中以工作人员等方式成为大家的一部分。比如在举办一个比赛的过程中,我学会了应该要注意哪些细节,这对我来说回到香港后同样受用,能够帮助我成为更全面的人才。”Jason表示。
"Interning here is not just about improving my teaching skills. Being here, I also become part of the group as a staff member in evening self-study, morning reading, and various school activities and competitions. For instance, in organizing a competition, I learned about the details to pay attention to, which will also be useful for me back in Hong Kong, helping me become a more well-rounded person," said Jason.
短短15天的佛山ASJ实习体验也让两位香港教育大学的学生对未来就业有了新的方向。
临走前,Manson说:“佛山的交通与消费比起香港都好很多,如果我毕业以后条件允许的话,来到内地工作也是一个不错的选择。”
The brief 15-day internship at Foshan ASJ also gave the two EdUHK students new directions for their future careers.
Before leaving, Manson said, "The transportation and living costs in Foshan are much better than in Hong Kong. If conditions permit after graduation, working in the mainland is also a good option."
在粤港澳大湾区建设的背景下,香港教育大学与暨大港澳子弟学校的实习生合作具有深远的意义,不仅为香港青年提供了一个了解内地、融入大湾区的窗口,也促进了粤港两地教育领域的深度融合。
佛山ASJ将继续携手香港、内地高校,积极开展实习生计划,为粤港澳大湾区的人才培养和教育发展注入新的活力。
In the context of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the intern cooperation between EdUHK and the Jinan University Hong Kong and Macao Children School holds profound significance. It not only provides Hong Kong youth with a window to understand the mainland and integrate into the Greater Bay Area but also promotes deep integration in the education field between Guangdong and Hong Kong.
ASJ-Foshan will continue to collaborate with universities in Hong Kong and the mainland, actively carry out intern programs, and inject new vitality into talent cultivation and educational development in the Greater Bay Area.
