On February 1st, the CISK delegation visited the Sports Center of the second phase at Duke Kunshan University.
The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the two institutions and explore potential collaborations for the future.
The CISK contingent, consisting of Lucas Wang, the Executive Director of CISK, Dr. Brice Bomo, the Secondary School Principal of CISK, Michael Cormack, the Head of Student Services of CISK, and Rebecca Chen, the Senior Manager of Admissions and Marketing of CISK, was warmly welcomed by Zarko Krkeljas - Ph.D., Athletics Director of DKU, and Peter Zhao, Assistant Athletics Director of DKU.
Led by Zarko Krkeljas, the CISK team was given a tour of the complex, which includes over 1,500 square meters of multipurpose gymnasium, an 8-lane 25-meter swimming pool, 260-meter indoor running track, and a comprehensive strength and Functional, TRX, and CrossFit area etc.
The discussion focused on possibilities for future collaborations between CISK and DKU in areas such as sports exchange programs, joint events, and research projects.
Both parties expressed enthusiasm for exploring these opportunities and building upon the existing strong relationship between the two institutions.
